Sam is a full member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technology and has 17 years of experience in the industry, working with Planning, Building Regulations, PDRs, Structural Engineering, and has in the past decade has become an HMO expert in converting, maximising and future proofing these properties.

Carianne is a vital member of the team providing a relentless energy in getting results through the Planning process. She has a fantastic knowledge of planning policies across the South and an ever growing reputation in winning appeals against the Local Authority for clients.

Charlie is one of our Technologists who is an experienced Co-Living designer and HMO expert – he has become a trusted Technologist within our team with a growing technical knowledge that helps us across the board with our projects from residential home owners to investors and developers.

Sarah has stepped into her role effortlessly within the company and has instantly become an important and valued member of the team. She is friendly, professional, efficient and will be able to handle any and all queries you have throughout the process with Applecore.

Emma is a meticulous member our team with an eye for detail and creative flair. She has a BA Hons Architectural Design & Technology and is working on finalising her full MCIAT membership. She brings creativity and design ideas to the team and is skilled in both Revit and Lumion software.

Maisie joined our team November 2021 from an established architectural practice, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge and experience which has enhanced the team on both a technical side and with her creative ideas. Fully capable to handle a project from start to completion and has experience in both Revit and AutoCAD.
