Project Description

We increased the bedrooms of this existing HMO property from a 4 bedroom, into a 7 bedroom high quality Student HMO. We did this by maximising use of Permitted Development Rights delivering a scheme that is compliant with both Local Authority Planning and HMO licensing requirements.
