Project Description

Here is one of the HMO conversions that we have been a part of working alongside a creative client to turn this run-down existing 4 bed HMO into a high-end luxury student accommodation for 6 people. We helped gain all permissions within this Article 4 location, used available PD rights and along with the clients clever interior design this is one of the top student HMOs in the university city of Portsmouth.
